Jakarta, 27 July 2022 – For the second time, PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) won the 2022 HR Excellence Award for the “Managing Transformation” category with the title “Very Good”. Andika Rajasa (Head of Human Capital & General Affairs) represented Garudafood in receiving the award given by Willem A. Makaliwe, Managing Director, Lembaga Manajemen, Faculty of Economics & Business (LMFEB), Universitas Indonesia on Wednesday, 27 July 2022.
SWA and LM-FEB UI regularly hold the 'HR Excellence Award’ every year. The 'HR Excellence Award' was held for the thirteenth time in 2022, with the theme "Reinventing HR Roles & Strategy To Accelerate Business Growth In The Post-Pandemic Times". The judges consisted of HR experts, academicians, and former senior HR practitioners/former CEOs of well-known companies to determine which companies deserve the “Excellent” and “Very Good” predicate.
The Garudafood Human Capital (HC) team participated in the competition for two categories, i.e. "Managing Transformation & Learning & Development (L&D) and Knowledge Management. From the hundreds of participants who registered, 37 companies who have passed the selection were selected as finalists to proceed to the judging round.
