Medan, 15 May 2024 - Indrasena Patmawidjaja (President Director of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (MBR)) accompanied by Dewi Lu (Marketing Manager of MBR) symbolically presented a car to the main winner of the “Berkah Fantaschiz with Prochiz 2024” program in Medan, North Sumatra.
Through this program, consumers have the opportunity to win prizes in the form of e-wallet balances, smartphones, motorcycles to cars worth billions of rupiah through a unique code on the Prochiz product packaging. The main prize, i.e. a car, was won by Sarni Fauziah, from Asahan District, North Sumatra. Sarni often bakes cookies before Eid Mubarak and buys Prochiz as a basic ingredient.
She didn't expect to be lucky this year and win a car from Prochiz. Sarni said she just entered the unique code on the packaging out of curiosity.
"I routinely bought Prochiz products as basic ingredients for baking cakes. I just tried to enter the unique code on the packaging, who knows I might be lucky because I have never won something like this," said Sarni during the symbolic handover of the car on Wednesday (5/15/2024).
"I initially didn't believe it, but then the Prochiz team immediately confirmed. I feel very grateful to be a winner and receive the main prize of a car," she added.
Indrasena Patmawidjaja (President Director of PT MBR) said that the consumer promo program entitled "Berkah Fantaschiz with Prochiz 2024" which took place during the month of Ramadan 2024 was an effort to improve the company's current performance. PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (MBR), which is a subsidiary of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (Garudafood), appointed Indrasena Patmawidjaja (President Director of PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk), replacing Paulus Tedjosutikno who is now the company's Commissioner.
The changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors and Commissioners were announced at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) along with the approval of dividends amounting to IDR 79.5 billion to be distributed in May 2024.
"Evaluating MBR's financial report in Q1-2024, we are optimistic that MBR will have a positive performance in 2024. Our target is to achieve double-digit growth in revenue in the domestic and international markets, with a focus on new market penetration and product diversification," he said.
MBR recorded net sales of IDR 339.08 billion in Q1-2024, up 28 percent from the same quarter in the previous period. On the other hand, profit for the current period increased 35 percent to IDR 40.08 billion.
To maintain this momentum, MBR through the Prochiz brand is implementing various strategies, including through a consumer promo program entitled "Berkah Fantaschiz with Prochiz 2024". Through a unique code on the product packaging, consumers have the opportunity to win various prizes ranging from e-wallet balances, smartphones, motorbikes to cars with a total prize of billions of rupiah.
