The Iconomics appointed Hardianto Atmadja, President Director of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) as the recipient of the Indonesia Best CEO in Consumer Food INDONESIA BEST CEO AWARD 2022 “Employees Choice 3rd Anniversary” Award 2022.
Dian Astriana, Head of Corporate Communication & External Relations of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk represented Hardianto to directly receive the award from Bram S. Putro, Founder & CEO of The Iconomics at ARTOTEL Suites Mangkuluhur Hotel Jakarta (20/04).
The assessment was carried out through a survey of thousands of staff/employees of various industries and categories with a total of 10,000 respondents (cumulative) in early January 2022 – early March 2022 with online questionnaires and without geographical quotas or position levels. Respondents were asked to evaluate the CEO of their institution and were allowed to evaluate the CEO of other institutions in the same industry/activity.
Only 200+ CEOs of institutions were included in the survey, the editor of Iconomics selected the research subject candidates, and the final assessment results were obtained from a combination of 4 parameters, namely: Popularity, Competency, Crisis Leadership, and Personality.
