Jakarta, 14 April 2023 - Fransiskus Johny, Director of Garudafood, accompanied by Basuki Nur Rohman, Director, and Andika Rajasa, Head of Human Capital & General Affairs, visited the Entrepreneurial Village Program community booth at the Ramadan Bazaar which was held at the Garudafood Head Office, South Jakarta (14/04)
A total of 18 Garudafood mentored groups from South Tangerang showcased various types of food and beverages made from Garudafood and Mulia Boga Raya (subsidiary) products, as well as other crafts such as hand bouquets, parcels, and others. Through this activity, Garudafood provided an opportunity and platform for the Entrepreneurial Village mentored groups to more confidently optimize their potential by marketing their creative products.
"This bazaar is an event to share happiness during the holy month of Ramadan and ahead of Eid Mubaarak as well as a moment for interacting and strengthening ties between employees and our mentored communities. The Entrepreneurial Village Program aims to explore their potential and encourage them to be creative while training their entrepreneurship skills. We hope they can become independent and productive individuals in the future," said Fransiskus Johny, Director of Garudafood.
In addition to the Ramadan bazaar, Garudafood also held an event with dozens of orphans during the iftar.
The Garudafood Entrepreneurial Village Program is one of Garudafood Sehati's CSR programs, focusing on community empowerment aims to identify community potential, open up business opportunities for the community, especially for the housewife community, build entrepreneurial spirit, and encouraging a more independent and productive society.
