I Made Astawa, Indonesian citizen, born in May 1971.

He has over 20 years of experience in legal. He initially joined Garudafood Group in 2005 as Legal Department Head of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, and then as Division Head Legal in 2014, a position he still holds up to now, has been appointed as Corporate Secretary on November 27, 2020.

Prior to joint with the Garudafood Group, he worked as a Legal Consultant at Mabel & Associates (member of Moores Rowland Indonesia) (until 2005). He earned a Magister of Notarial from Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia in 2007, Master of Laws from Bond University, Australia in 1997 and earned a bachelor degree from Faculty of Law of Universitas Kristen Indonesia in 1995.

He has no affiliations with (i) any members of the Board of Directors of Garudafood; (ii) any members of the Board of Commissioners of Garudafood; and (iii) any shareholders of Garudafood.
