Chocolatos Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 125 gr
  • Water - 250 gr
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 200 gr
  • 3 Eggs

 

Sauce Ingredients:

  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Cornstarch- 2 tbsp
  • Chocolatos - 4 sachets
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • 1 Egg

 

Method:

  1. Boil the water and butter.
  2. Add flour, stir till smooth, remove
  3. Add the beaten eggs, mix well, put in the paping bag,
  4. Put in the cutter, bake until cooked, set aside
  5. Make the sauce, Mix all ingredients together then
  6. cook until thick Cut the middle of the cake and fill it with sauce
