He obtained Bachelor Degree in Economics and Law respectively in 1981 and 1982, Doctor Honoris Causa Degree in Management from Business Economics Faculty in 2016, all from the University of Kristen Satya Wacana. He serves as President Commissioner of the Company since 2012, and reappointed pursuant to the Company’s EGMS dated 26 June 2018.

He concurrently serves as President Commissioner PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya, President Commissioner PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera, President Commissioner PT Suntory Garuda Beverage, and President Commissioner PT Bumi Mekar Tani.

He is one of the founders of the Company and PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya. He served as President Director of both the Company and PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya up to 2012. He also established PT Bina Niaga Multiusaha Steel in 1997, a specific concrete producer and PT Dharma Agung Wijaya in 2005, a holding company engages in palm oil and renewable energy.

He is a member of the National Economic and Industry Committee for the period of 2014-2019 as well as the Supervisory Board of Pancasila Ideology Development Agency for the period of 2017-2022.

Prior to establishing the Company, he previously served key positions at several companies, among others President Director PT Trias Sentosa Tbk (1990-1991), Executive Director Djuhar Group (1991-1004) and Vice President PT Posnesia Stainless Steel Industry, a joint venture with Posco, South Korea (1994-1997). He is one of the Company’s shareholders and has familial affiliates relations with several of the Company’s shareholders.

He serves as Commissioner of the Company since 2012, and reappointed pursuant to the Company’s EGMS dated 26 June 2018. He concurrently serves as President Director PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya, President Commissioner PT Garuda Bumi Perkasa, President Director PT Bumi Mekar Tani, President Commissioner PT Garuda Timur Pacific, and Director of Garuda Polyflex Foods Pvt. Ltd.

He has been with the Company for more than 20 years and has held various positions, among others as Division Head of Non Peanuts (2000-2003) and Managing Director of Operations Division (2004-2010). He also served as Vice President Operations and President Director PT Suntory Garuda Beverage (2011-2012), Director and Commissioner PT Triusaha Mitraraharja (1999-2013), and Director and Commissioner PT Dharana Inti Boga (2004-2013).

Prior to joining the Company, he previously served as Service Engineer-Area Sales Manager PT Nalco Perkasa, a joint venture between Napan Group and Nalco Chemical, USA (1990-1995), Marketing for Pacific Region of Paper Process Product in Nalco Pacific C. Ltd. Singapore (1995-1997), and Marketing Manager PT Rhone Poulenc Indolatex, Indonesia (1994-1998).

He obtained Bachelor degree in General Economics from the Economics Faculty of University of Indonesia in 1963, M.A.P.A degree in Financial Administration from University of California, Berkeley in 1966; Ph.D in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley with specialization in the Political-Economy of Develoment in 1969; and attained Doctor Honoris Causa
degree in Management Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor, Malaysia in 2003.

He serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2018, pursuant to the Company’s EGMS resolution dated 26 June 2018. He concurrently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company. He has served in the Group Company as President Commissioner PT GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya, March 2008 - January 2011; President Commissioner PT GarudaFood Beverage Jaya, January 2011 - July 2017; and lndependent Commissioner PT GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya, July 2017 – 2018.

Prior to joining the Company, he has served positions in the Indonesian government such as Member of National Telecommunication Regulation Agency Bapertel Department (1980-1998), Senior Expert for Economics & Social Affairs, Non Block Non Allignment Movement (1993-1996), Ambassador (Extraordinary and Sovereign) of Republic of Indonesia for USA and other countries under the Caribbean territory, Grenada, Lucia, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, and the Commonwealth of Dominica (1998-2001), Coordinating Minister of Economics of RI (2001-2004). Co Chair Panel 45 (2004-2005), and member of Lemhanas Steering Board of RI (2006-2011). Appointed as Professor of Emeritus at the University of Indonesia in Economics of the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Indonesia since 2005.

He currently serves as the Commissioner of PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya (2012-present) and leads one of the Company's subsidiaries, i.e. as the Commissioner of PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera (2006 - present).

He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universitas Tujuh Belas Agustus, Semarang, 1970.

Indonesian citizen, was born in Pati (49 years old). He has experience working as the Financial Controller of Analog Devices, Inc. (2000-2003), Marketing Director of PT Fuboru Indonesia (2007-2010) and in the Tudung Group, i.e. as the Head of Corporate Finance of PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya (2011-2016).

He currently serves as the Managing Director of PT Bumi Mekar Tani (2017-present). He has experience working at National Foods Limited (1985-1992) with his last position as the CFO/ General Manager Finance of Sara Lee Corporation Household & Personal Care (1992-1999) as the President & Director of Sara Lee Indonesia, as CEO/President - Food & Beverage Group of Danone _Yeo Hiap Seng Ltd (1999-2002), as the CEO/President of Electrolux (FMCG Home Appliances) (2003-2005), as the Director of Catena Consulting – Management Consulting (2007-2010), as Director/Advisor of PwC Consulting (Professional Services) (2010-2016) – specializing in the consumer & retail industry.

He is currently still serving as the CEO/President – Asia Pacific (2017-present) of Hormel Foods Corporation (FMCG – Food). He obtained a diploma in Business Studies - Accounting (Australia).

He is currently serving as President Hormel Foods International (Group Vice President Hormel Foods) (2016-present) at Hormel Foods International.

(2005-2008), as Deputy Managing Partner of KAP Tjahjadi, Pradhono, Teramihardja (member firm of Morison International) (2008-2011).
