Jakarta, 31 March 2022 - PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (the “Company”) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Public Expose on Thursday, 31 March 2022, at the Garudafood Head Office-South Jakarta.
This meeting was attended by the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk, including Hartono Atmadja - Commissioner of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk with Hardianto Atmadja - President Director accompanied by Paulus Tedjosutikno - Director and Robert Chandrakelana Adjie - Director.
The company successfully booked a net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp 424.8 billion, an increase of 63.8% from last year's net profit of Rp 259.4 billion. Out of that, 51.6% was allocated as dividend payment for the 2021 fiscal year, i.e. Rp 6,- per share or a total of Rp 219.2 billion.
