Almond Crispy Chocolatos

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr whipped butter
  • 250 gr Chocolatos drink
  • 300 gr sugar
  • 300 gr egg white
  • 300 gr flour
  • 200 gr Chocolatos drink
  • Almonds to taste
  • Cheese to taste

 

Method:

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until it becomes fluffy, then add the egg whites
  2. Mix the flour with the Chocolatos drink, add it to the mixture, stir well
  3. Prepare and top with a sprinkling of almonds and grated cheese
  4. Put it in the oven until cooked
