Garuda’s Peanut and Okky Jelly Drink Received Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2008
Two brands of GarudaFood received Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2008 presented annually by SWA magazine in collaboration with research consulting Frontier. ICSA is awarded for products that give customer’s best satisfaction.

Peanut Garuda received Diamond ICSA 2008. Diamond is awarded for brands which has been won for nine consecutive years. This year, Okky Jelly Drink also received ICSA for the first time.

According to Budiman, Head of Marketing GarudaFood Group, the success of Peanut Garuda achieved ICSA for nine consecutive years is something to be proud of.

“It is an outstanding achievement for us. We always try to give the best for our customer in terms of products and services” said Budiman

The success of Garuda is also sharpen its domination in national peanut industry.

Meanwhile, after three years of waiting, Okky Jelly Drink finally achieved this prestigious award. All the hard-working in building and developing brands obtains peoples acknowledgement.

ICSA 2008 is based on surveys in six cities in Indonesia; Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Makassar. The customer satisfaction index based on three factors: Quality Satiscation Score, Value Satisfaction Score and Perceived Best Score. (CCD)
