As a company in snack industry, Garudafood has the mission of building customer satisfaction by creating new products and services meets to the local and international customer’s quality level. Originally formed as Export Division, the International Operation Division (IOD) was established in the year 2000.

As a dynamic company, we have entered to the international market. Various products managed to penetrate to many countries in the world, like ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Brunei Darussalam), Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Bangladesh, South Korea and East Timor; Nether land and Germany for the European region; Jordan, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Palestine, and United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the Middle East region; United States of America. Canada, Guatemala, and Bolivia for the America region; Nigeria for the Africa region; Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.

We are committed to deliver top quality products and services to our customers. We are continuously developing efforts to give satisfaction to the customers. As a result Garudafood has reached ISO 9002 and Indonesia Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) in year 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. It is just the beginning and the challenging moments to give the best products and services to the customers. We do our best to create the long-term mutual relationship to the customer continuously.
